3-Month Internship
From Open Water to Rescue Diver
Perfect for candidates seeking foundational scuba and conservation skills.
Includes:
- PADI Open Water, Advanced, and Rescue Diver Certifications
- Participation in underwater research surveys (fish, rays, sharks)
- Involvement in community-centered projects: mangroves, intertidal zones, reefs, and regenerative fisheries

6-Month Internship
From Open Water to Divemaster
An extended professional pathway for those ready to lead.
Includes:
- Full PADI Divemaster training at our 5-Star PADI Professional Development Center
- Advanced underwater ecology training and leadership development
- Hands-on work in ConnectOcean’s conservation initiatives and capacity-building with local communities

Instructor Course
PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC)
A two-week intensive program for certified Divemasters who want to teach scuba professionally.
Includes:
- PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) with in-water and classroom sessions
- PADI Instructor Examination (IE) with professional mentorship
- Opportunities to apply teaching skills within community-based marine programs
